[SBV] Recreational Drum Use

NOW VANILLA! The first [Should Be Vanilla] mod to actually become vanilla! This will be kept up for anyone using past versions, but won't be maintained going forward. Thank you to all that subscribed!


Drums are half implemented as musical instruments in vanilla RimWorld - left unable to be used for recreation, concerts, and without quality to make them worth building at later game stages. This mod aims to fix that and implement all of the same features as other musical instruments, including occasional concerts for the other colonists if Royalty is installed.

NOTE:
So as I was about to upload this, I found out that a similar mod already existed in the from of Play The Drums by Ben Lubar, and it is implemented in a similar way. Likely because we both copied the same vanilla implementations and didn't want to make our own sound assets.

For ease of comparison here are the key differences between our mods, Recreational Drum Use (RDU) and Play the Drums (PTD) :

• RDU adds quality to the drums, so their recreation power and other stats scale. PTD does not.
  
• RDU gives the drum a base 80% recreation power, instead of the 100% of the PTD and Vanilla instruments. This is done to balance the addition of quality multipliers and because unlike vanilla instruments, the Drum doesn't require its own research.
  
• RDU doesn't require Royalty for base functionality, except for concerts, while PTD requires Royalty for all options
  
• RDU has an Instrument range of instrumentRange of 16 vs PTD of 8.
  
• PTD drums do not act as gather spots, unlike RDU and Vanilla instruments.

Details:
Makes Drums act as recreational furniture of the "Music" type, same as the harp, harpsicord, and piano. Also gives them the standard quality modifiers. Has an 80% Recreation Power to help balance the addition of quality and its low cost and lack of research cost. Acts as a social gather spot as do other instruments.

Music will be played by a pawn recreating on the drum, just like vanilla instruments. These sounds are drawn from the vanilla drum rituals.

If the Royalty DLC is enabled, pawns will occasionally use the drum to give concerts as they would with any other instrument. No other content requires the Royalty DLC, only concerts, as I cannot replicate DLC content and the rest of the mechanics are present in Core.
