This mod contains rewritten configs for the private part of the "USMC Equipment pack", so vests and helmets now don't have an insane amount of armor

I have the complete collection of the mods uploaded all in one folder, this puts all the mods from the original author of these, and I even asked him if he had no problem to upload those 3.9 gb of files all together, these have no texture problems since each and every mod this guy made one is dependent on the other.
