All in one all purspose vehicle

It's a car, an airplane, a boat and a submarine while maintaining a nice design.

Controls are easy to use, there are two modes, car and flight, the vehicle starts in car mode and works like a normal car would but to use all other modes you should switch to flight mode with Q key, although it is possible to use all modes in car mode with some limitations.

Controls:
- WASD to drive in car mode and to control in all other modes.
- Q to switch to flight mode, this is used for all other modes other than car function
- Shift to use the underwater propellers
- Space to use the Jets, these can be used together with the underwater propellers and while driving in car mode
- 2 to toggle increase buoyancy
- 1 to toggle decrease buoyancy for submarine mode
