SRTS Expanded - Smaller Sprites

Beskrivning
Shrinks down the drawsize of SRTSE ships so they more fit the actual space they take up.

Can be added/removed from saves as wanted, and should be compatible with any other mods as it's just an XML edit.

Works on 1.5, can add the xml tag to remove the error.
