The simple inc rocket artillery was designed to be a cost effective way to get tons of rocket artillery onto the front lines rapidly. this design was rejected by the US army siting the reliability issues. while rejected by the US army this design sees heavy use by simple inc's private armies who use these to devastating effect on the battlefield.
