Blood Proof Patch

Description
Includes a lump file that gets rid of the entity IO responsible for starting The Parish's chapter 1 intro.

It started to fire since I fixed the original method for the TLS update since valve shipped the game with a hacky workaround for it, but it causes that intro to play on chapter 1 of Blood Proof due to leftover data matching up. Install this and it will no longer happen. (The order doesn't matter)

can you replace the l4d2 infected with the l4d1 infected?
