How is it that I came across this mod while eating one? I thought, "I wonder if theres a mod for strawberries. This candy (obviously) reminds me of one." And so, I search it, and there it was. This must be some sort of message from the gods.

you're supposed to craft them at the kitchen counter but you need to try out recipes until you learn about its recipe

Are you supposed to get them from Kitchen Counter or are you supposed to cook pineapples or what sort of "make" are you talking about
