Description
Changes stations.

Makes stations much more powerful
-All NPC stations will now spawn with weapons
-All NPC station shields have been dramatically increased
-Stations NPC have impenetrable shields and full shield booster emergency recharge built in.
Also buffs NPC Sector Defenders
-Effective 3x Damage buff
-3x Shield buff
-Emergency Recharge of 75%

Meant as a counter-balance to enemy scalers like XCW or Increasing threat.
Defensively orientated.

Sector wipe on existing saves (to respawn existing stations with the changes)
