Norwegian_lower_leagues_xaw_8. Regional divisions down to level 10 in Norway.

Added all divisions and clubs as close to the setup by NFF as possible.

@Dennis - I have already done so, it's available on the SI forums. Link is in the description here. If it was easier to update the files, I'd do that, but I can't see any other way than posting a new file, and I already have a few versions here.

@nicocolu - If you press subscribe here on Steam it should appear in your new game. If you want to download the file outside Steam and add it manually, I have a short guide for it in the link to the SI forums in the description.
