This Desert Eagle's pattern mimics a quartz ore vein, painted orange and black, which are complementery colors.

The Pattern was made by first creating a palletized cell noise that is tileable.

Then, I oilified the image, to smoothen the edges.

I then tinkered around with the edge effect, to create the lines seen on the gun

I used a cubify effect to create a more entropic effect on the pattern as it needed more curves

Finally, a bit of blur was added to smoothen out a bit, then the texture was painted with RGB colors.

The SketchFab looks weird I couldn't make it 100% of the OG look, but it's close enough!
