1933 Imperialized (version 1.0)

Description
A modified version of the regular "The German Question" scenario with the following modifications:
-Canada, South Africa, Egypt, Australia, and New Zealand are now part of the British Empire.
-Qatar and Nepal are now allied with the United Kingdom.
-Every country now has at least one University.
-Several cities have increased production capability, including those that previously had no factories getting one cottage factory.

This mod has been featured in a stream on the Twitch channel "Strategic Gaming with AacornSoup".
