To use this get the map bigcity night then go to saves and you should see it click load wait for a sec then it all spawns in.

Wire mod and some scars are required (I'm not sure which scars they were, sorry)

I honestly don't know how to load maps like this but I do hae one way, add me to your friends list, then in the menu go to saves, friends saves and mine should be there
