Adds:
- nuke sound from the Iron Curtain Cold War mod
- dobules shore bombardment (max of -50% defense, soft attack, breakthrough, etc)
- doubles railway cannon bombardment (max of -20% defense, soft attack, breakthrough, etc)
- increases range and damage for missiles/rockets
- there is always a notification for when a nuke drops
- adds/updates the Better Nukes Mod
