Medium Dry Dock [WIP]

Description
Good-sized Dry Dock for orbital construction of medium sized ships and/or a Forward Operating Base in enemy space. It is still in a prototype phase since it was updated with the new blocks but here are some features so far:

* No Mods but DLCs.
* Fully Survivable, currently not field tested.
* Small Maintenance Bay for welder ships
* Barracks
* Contract and Store Room
* Safe Area Generator
* Large Storage and Tanks
* Basic Bridge
* Main Dry Dock Area Spot Lights
* Basic Industry Room
* External Resource Drop-zone
* External Refuelling Connection
* Landing pad
