"Disable Welcome Message" and "Silent Hill Music Replacement v2" mods aren't necessary for using this one, but preferable for more immersive effect.

You might interested in Silent Hill Radio REDUX - Zombie Detector by Monkey aswell.

If mod doesn't work properly, just re-subscribe or shift one in the load order. It's just a simple re-texture mod, that not affect anything, but re-write a main menu's background texture.
