[WIP] Holoscope Observer

- 7 key mode support / 7키 지원
- Change the background design / 배경 디자인 변경
- Optimize note size + secure readability / 노트 최적화 + 가독성 확보
- Narrow the width of the play screen / 플레이 화면 폭 줄이기
- Changed the font design (there is a disadvantage that it cannot be seen when adding a cover) / 폰트 디자인 변경 (가림막 추가시 폰트가 잘 안보임)
- Added other sound effects and menu design (기타 등등 디자인 추가)




This is the skin I made with my OC. I haven't made a lot of skins yet, so there are a lot of shortcomings. I'll leave it open for comments, so if you write a review or disappointment about the skin, we'll appreciate it! (Comments such as profanity, slander, and spam will be deleted.)

If you are interested in skin making like me, when you download this skin, there is a folder called "dummy" in the skin folder. In this folder, the intermediate results I worked on while making the skin are contained. You are free to use this to your heart's content! And if you need to, feel free to change the skin without my permission!

The skin interface may not work properly in the following cases.
- When using a resolution other than 16:9
- When playing 8K mode

혹시 저 처럼 스킨 제작에 관심이 있으신 분은 이 스킨을 다운받으면 스킨 폴더 안에 "dummy"라는 폴더가 있습니다. 이 폴더안에 제가 스킨을 만들면서 작업했던 중간 결과물들이 들어 있습니다. 이것을 마음껏 이용하셔도 좋습니다! 그리고 필요하시다면 제 허락 없이 스킨을 변경해서 사용하셔도 좋습니다!

다음과 같은 경우에는 스킨 인터페이스가 정상적으로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 16:9 이외의 해상도를 사용할 경우
- 8K모드를 플레이 하는 경우
