Swimboost Patch (Swim Augment and Reef Cola)

This patch fixes problems with the Swimboost effects so, that they now work in a pleasant way.
The status effects for the "Swimming Augment" and the "Reef-Cola"
were edited in the same way.
(swimboost.statuseffect, swimboostcola.statuseffect)

I reduced the jump speed from 150 to ... (I can not yet say whether fine tuning is still needed).
Slight reduction of liquidForce so, that the character doesn't run/swim faster underwater than on land.
I added liquidFriction and set it so, that the character sinks to the ground at a faster speed.
