Midrise - Condo #03 - Extensions

Hello all togther !

Here are the "extensions" for or of the Midrise - Condo #03".
And yeah ... these are too just two "boring" looking growables, with a
contemporary architectual design.

I hope you like them anyway ! ;)

All these three buildings uses the same texture I used before for the
Midrise - Condo #02, which you´ll find here:

So .. if you´ll use the loading screen mod (LSM), these texture will only be loaded
once in to your RAM ! ;)




These 4x4 growable buildings come each with two sub meshes.
This is the only difference to the "Condo #02" - version.
All stats are listed on the pic below. As well as those for the Midrise Condo #03.

Optimises your RAM usage.
The textures of these buidling(s) were used multiple times. You´ll quickly find the other
assets via the links in the "Prolog" section at the beginning of the description.

Helps you to change the color of parts of the building. ("white attachments/parts of the bldng")

This mod is not needed to use these buildings, but I suggest it anyway, because
the mod gives you a lot more control about the handling/placement etc. of your buildings.

I´ll add them when they are back ... ;)
