Midrise - Condo #03

Hello all togther !

Due to the recent game update, there were some "issues" regarding networks ... therefore
I´ve started to create another very "simple and boring" looking contemporary condo
building ... and yeah, here it is.

I hope you like it anyway ! ;)

I´ve also created two "extensions" to this bigger building.
Well boring as well. :P
These extensions are growables and you´ll find them down below.

All these three building uses the same texture I used before for the
midrise condo #02, which you´ll find below.

So .. if you´ll use the loading screen mod (LSM), these texture will only be loaded
once in to your RAM ! ;)




In the game, this building is a "unique building" level 2.
In order to use the bulding as a residential building, I suggest
the usage of the RICO Mod.
I´ve already included rico settings in the upload ... btw you can change them in the game,
if they wont fit your needs. (High res, lvl 4 with 24 "homes")
The model comes with two sub meshes. This is different to the "Condo #02" - version.





The only dependencies are my "Parking Lot Decals" ... and they´re
are absolutely optional. They´re small in file size and otimised for the game.
The reason I created them back then was, that I didnt like the very bright
vanilla parking decals ... still dont like them. :P

Optimises your RAM usage.
The textures of these buidling(s) were used multiple times. You´ll quickly find the other
assets via the links in the "Prolog" section at the beginning of the description.

Helps you to change the color of parts of the building. ("white attachments/parts of the bldng")

As mentioned above, I suggest the RICO Mod, because the building comes already with
rico settings. ;)
