[QQ] Razor Wire Deals Damage

Description
All razorwire barriers in radius 2500m will deal damage to players. After spawing this compositon you can move razorwires but do not rotate it. Trigger area will not rotate with the barbwire If you need to fix direction of razorwire then rotate it and spawn this compositon again.
