As Germany won WW2 and taming Amerika, the old Austrian painter eventually step down and after years of internal political dispute, a new German Empire has been resurrected and a new Kaiser was put into power. Germany have a big shoes to fill as the leading nation in the world. As enemies of the past scheming to de-stabilize the newly resurrected Empire, whether it is in the Afrika, Middle East or deep within Amerika or Russland, the Kaiser needed a fast reaction force, as the Army would often be too slow due to preparation.
