Yes, the meme lady is back. Italy is again saved from Mussolini's incompetence and oppression and has returned back to Tifa's warm and bountiful bosom.

Features include: all of Italy being led by Tifa; Zog is now Aerith; Haile Sellasie is now Y'shtola; and all Italian generals/admirals and a spy being some FF character (and generics are also Tifa)
Now includes portraits for all of Ethiopia as well!

(Mod is achievement compatible)

@PeachySnail183444 no idea why, but just to be sure - when I update the mod to include all the new portraits for Italy and maybe Ethiopia, I will remove localisation that I changed for Mussolini to be named Tifa, maybe it will fix it. It is unfortunate but it's the only thing I can think of that would fix it.
