Custom Respawn Loadout - Face, Voice and Insignia

if you have a lodaout saved in the arsenal under the name "custom", you will spawn (and respawn) with that loadout, including the face, voice and insignia you set.

this version of the mod is now compatible with the ACE Arsenal. if you have ace loaded and a loadout named "custom" saved in the ACE Arsenal, it will be prioritized over the loadout from the BI Virtual Arsenal. however, ace does not save identity data in its loadouts, so your face, voice and insignia will not change.
