Eggons Holsters Tweaker Patch

Description
Patch to Eggons Holsters, now the "BELT" reduction gets applied to any items that do not use holsters instead of being limited to a predefined list

Useful for use with custom backpacks (like Authentic Z's)

@jam0ca this only modifies the reduction modifier on the attachment slots provided by other mods. In the picture you can see Authentic Z's backpacks.

Not sure how to use this.. I have all the required mod, running along with belts+2 but not able to attach anything to backpacks yet, I have some backpacks with attachable slots like sides (2 or 3 attach points) but that's it, not like the photo.. Am I doing something wrong, mod conflict?
