Smaller Landing Pads

Description
This mod changes the minimum distance between landing beacons to be 5 tiles instead of 9, allowing for more compact landing zones.

This is an XML patch of the landing beacon properties related to minimum distance and shouldn't have any compatability issues with other mods.

@NEv This mod is designed to work seamlessly with other mods, as it only involves an XML patch that alters the minimum size for a landing pad without affecting any other values. Therefore the likelihood of encountering any conflicts with other mods is extremely low. In the rare case that another mod does change the landing pad sizing one of the mods would overwrite the other's values, but that won't cause a crash or any problem other than the new size not taking effect.

It works in 1.4; I'm in the process of updating the tags on Steam to reflect this.
