If your keyboard isn't QWERTY and the game detect it as QWERTY you can't play. This guide explain how to make the game to understand your keyboard layout so you can play.

Change dosbox.conf file from 'keyboardlayout=none' to 'keyboardlayout=auto'

1. In your Steam games :
Right-clic on "Zork Anthology" > Properties > Local files > Browse.

2. In the folder of the game that doesn't detect that your keyboard layout isn't QWERTY.
For example in "Zork" folder :
Open "DOSBOX" folder > Open "dosboxZork.conf" file.

3. In this file :
Ctrl+F on your keyboard to open a search window > type "keyboardlayout=" (without "" marks) > replace "keyboardlayout=none" by "keyboardlayout=auto" (without "" marks). > Save your file.
