Description
This mod increases the range for the slinger and quadrieme units, but makes them weaker in melee combat and slightly more expensive in exchange.


Slinger Changes:
( + ) Range is Doubled, from 1 to 2
( = ) Ranged Combat remains at 15
( - ) Melee Combat is reduced from 5 to 1
( - ) Cost increased from 35 to 45


Quadrieme Changes:
( + ) Range is Doubled, from 1 to 2
( = ) Ranged Combat remains at 25
( - ) Melee Combat is reduced from 20 to 12
( - ) Cost increased from 120 to 150


Listed within the game's mod section as "Range Tweak for Slinger and Quadrieme".

That's on purpose, the AI is also supposed to have access to it.
