Increases prefab parachute heights as part of Mach 1 Speed modpack.

Details: modifies the following files/entries:

RespawnRover & Container_MK(1-5, 8-17, 20-24, 26) & LargeContainer_MK(1, 4-5, 7, 9, 13-15)
- Changes Respawn Rover DeployHeight to 600 (from 300)
- Changes Unknown Signal Containers DeployHeight to 600 (from 300)

This is the Chute Height only mod. You can add the grids or ammos related mods if you wish.
