Description
This mod rebalances Apartments so they become a more interesting choice early in the game.

I have reduced building and upgrade cost for Apartments, as well as weight and base food consumption. This WILL make the endgame easier than intended, so adjust your difficulty accordingly :)

Tested on Version: 0.7.322
