Appears to work just fine in current 1.6 patch.

I would like a version that just removes the "colonist banished" thought--so you can't send them out while they're badly hurt or naked and defenseless. It makes a "Charity Essential" precept much more reasonable. Ideally, I'd love a mod that lets you send somebody out with good clothes, weapons, food, and silver and adds a +1 thought for sending someone out well-equipped. But that's definitely more involved than a simple mod like this.

good，"denied joining"is strange

It honestly should be tied to some meme or precept. Like "Charitable" requires you have a precept that banishment makes colonists feel bad.
