Description

Adds a new custom challenge to the game called Skill Issue.
You play as Isaac with the D6 and your objective is to go through Mega Satan to enter the Void and beat Delirium.
The catch, however, is that only items of quality 0-2 can show up!
Just like a reversed Sacred Orb, items of quality 3-4 automatically get rerolled and items of quality 2 have a 66% chance to reroll.
Good luck, its just a skill issue tbh.

I managed to beat it first try thanks to familiars, telepathy for dummies, and a sun card at the end with stacked HP. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes, and I got hit a lot during the latter areas; however, it was worth it in the end.

suprised how easy this is considering eves mascara,trisagon,soy milk,and fruit cake are all quality 2

sooooo i beat it first try. Eve's mascara carry but almond milk, trisagon, my reflection, ouraboros worm, and fruit cake(which for some reason gives you black hearts from enemies). I was
obviously rng carried, but game knowlege helped a lot. I will also add i beat boss rush and hush so that's funny

i did it! first try with eternal edition mod! gotta say eve's mascara (was that the name) + soy milk carried the run, then i got brain worm.....i wasted over 1h of my life but i did it :DD not sure how to send a photo hehe
