"WOOOOO! Bumper Cars!" -Definitely Francis

On May 4th, 2010, the dearly departed kitty0706 would publish a video titled "Gmod Brawl: Niko vs Roman". In it Francis appears using lines from the game "Mercenaries 2: World in Flames". The video became so popular that the lines used for Francis would become attributed to him. The most popular of those lines was "WOOOO! BUMPER CARS!"

Now Francis has a shirt that expresses his excitement for bumper cars.
