"Lt. Dan, you got your sea legs!"

Adds a trait called "US Navy Sailor", which starts you with off a US Sailor Hat, USN coveralls, boots, and your dog tags. It also includes a M9 service pistol with holster, and 1 box of 9mm ammo.
The trait gives +2 to Aiming, +1 to Reloading, and +1 to Mechanics.

Sailor Hat gives the same bite/scratch protections as a Military Helmet so you can wear it instead of a helmet.

The sailor hat and coveralls will also spawn in some military locations.
