Description
Updated to have one UniCon cargo slot in the cargo bay!

BACKGROUND
Built by (fictional) Dougcraft Avionics since 1964, the PN-G1, dubbed the "Flying Penguin", has been a staple for marine aircraft throughout the globe. The PN-G1 is large enough to carry big cargo and crate, yet small enough to easily manoeuvre and spawn in the water spawn point. The name "Flying Penguin" comes from the way the PN-G1 launches itself skyward during a water takeoff, much like a penguin propelling itself out of water. Capable of both water and land landings/takeoff, flight like a standard airplane or water propulsion like a vessel, the PN-G1 is the optimal vehicle for marine and coastal operations.

This particular model has been over-engineered and designed by OMUA (Oceanic Marine Underwater Agency), a (fictional) multinational marine and research agency. Intended to serve as a mobile sea laboratory, exploration and supply plane, this PN-G1 is outfitted with living quarters, a diving room, lounge, and laboratory/cargo hold. The air speeds exceed 150 knots and the water speed exceeds 20 km/h. An advanced stabilization system also prevents the seaplane from capsizing when landed in water during large storms, and has an emergency system to recover the vessel if it is flipped over. As with all OMUA vessels, all systems are designed to be operated by a 1-man crew, in case of emergencies. The PN-G1 has a standard operations crew of 3 and up to 5 other staff.

Can we have a button to switch the Pitch and Throttle inputs? Arrow Keys for pitch instead of W/S feels wrong.
