Doom, Episode 1: Knee Deep in the Dead

Chill, easy campaign. Took 40 min to beat it on Expert. Looking for keys while exploring the original Doom environment was pretty fun, albeit felt a bit empty. Finale was suuuper easy. I did notice that there was a regular level (Military Base) placed at the very end, which teleports us back to Level 4 (Command Control). Wondering if Level 3 is supposed to be randomized between Military Base and Toxin Refinery then? Or if there are different saferooms in Nuclear Plant that'll lead us to either one of those two levels. Besides that confusion, the maps did a great job capturing the retro Doom vibe. Overall good campaign.

Overall it's good, but my gripe is that the final level is crap. The balancing is awful for the final battle, and you have to kill or tp bots on the rescue area.

crashes on co-op randomly

If you already have cheats enabled, just teleport the bots, or skip the level entirely otherwise.

This dude has such a good collection of classic maps with L4D2 textures! Goes so well with HD packs

I'm not sure why people are calling this unbeatable at the Phobos labs, I've played the level twice now and have always been able to beat it.
Although the bots behaving weirdly is annoying, even with the add-ons I have, but it's beatable (though the finale can be unbeatable since the bots wouldn't come to the teleporter, even when they literally teleport to it without me doing anything, I've only beating it by warping the bots to my location).
Overall this map a nice nod to the original game, though I'd complain that it's very easy to beat, the only time I've had a struggle was during the finale when I was suppost to run to the teleporter.

Uncompleteable, every level until Phobos is fine, elevator doesn't come up rendering the map and by consequence campaign incomplete.

This is terrible. I highly recommend this.

This map pack is great until Phobos Anomaly. It is genuinely unbeatable, because the AI Survivors never go to the end. They go past it, rendering this unbeatable. If you can't beat something that is uploaded, why bother uploading it? I'm sorry if I am rude, it just makes me very frustrated. I understand that you probably did your best.
