Added four new items: Electric Cigarette = 20 Cigarette,Electric Cigarette Empty,Electric Cigarettes Fuel(3 times),Electric Cigarettes Fuel Empty.
Added two new recipes : 2 Electronic Scraps and Screwdriver to make a new
Finally 10 Cigarettes = 60 Cigarettes,which looks like a Perpetual motion machine. Hah..

Why can't my endurance recovers when I smoking?Now the Electric Cigarette can Reduce fatigue and recover endurance.
More over,We will be happier and find it interesting to smoke Electric Cigarettes
Added new recipe：Make Electric Cigarettes Fuel Empty.Because I can not find any Electric Cigarettes Fuels.
抽电子烟现在可以恢复耐力，降低疲劳，更开心，降低无聊值，至少我抽烟的时候是这样的
If you do not find anyone,why not go to the police station
实在没找到，可以去警察局看看

@matt The 3D Modell is diffult for me now.And if it no effects after use,may be you can re- subscribe to update the mod.And you can subscribe the Minimal Display Bars mod to display the fatigue value and test the Electric Cigarette can or can not reduce the fatigue.If the problem happens again,I will find and solve it under the similar circumstances.

not 3d and doesnt take away fatigue like it says
