Quad Gun Turret with recoil dampening

Description
Each Gun can move separately from each other with recoil damping on each gun and can reload each gun separately as well.

this is one of my first weapon builds trying to get used to the mechanics of it all, give me feed back to improve if you are will, hope you guys get the concept i was going after, this is very much still a WIP.
