XXI.The World (Time Stop)

Description
Since Sora doesn't seem to update Chronoscope (or soon enough atleast), I've decided to do it myself. Also, I used redesign by redesign by pojiubbe because it fits The World much more.

Features:
  • Recharge in 20 seconds after effect ended;
  • [configurable]You start with just 2 seconds of Time Stop but it will increase the more you use it;
  • You can use the item again during effect, to immediately end it.
  • [configurable]Works with multiple players but all players without The World will also be freezed;
  • [configurable]Familiars will also be freezed. In case your character can't shoot normally;
  • Configurable behaviour of time stop for bosses and final bosses;
  • Some fixes;

For some reason if you have a soul charge as bethany, you can use this item infinitely

You should make it so using it depletes the charge gradually so you can use it for a split second without completely taking the whole charge, they do it in the show multiple times. (polnareff staircase, ratt fight) idk how difficult it would be to do but itd be cool

I made a mistake, actually. The Mod Author of the other mod renamed the mod's backend file and i got confused by it when I saw two versions in my Isaac Mod List, thinking it was this mod.

@TimeBender25 1) My mod was published on 6 jan 2022, while that mod was published on 8 feb 2022.
2) Have you even checked this mod's code?
