Sterile Hex Tile

Description
Adds a sterile version of the hex tile. Functionally the same as regular Sterile tile, but more expensive.

What? No, the tile already exists, it just uses a lighter coloring

Why make it more expensive if it is the same statistically? At least Hex Tiles have a statistical advantage over Steel Tiles.

I have another mod that adds the same kind of tiles. What's the characteristics of your version ? Cost, requirements, beauty, value ?
