i'm still not encountered them in my game but from my understanding from the discussion that mentioned in below link they are have a fixed number of max 4 (started with 3) unique troops so looks like this mod not gonna affect that faction

try those four mods the way those made handle encounters it's making them hard (if possible) to add in this mod and I'm not sure how to add for easy and safe edit
the safest way i find in those mod is directly edit XcomEncounter.ini file of those mod
