If you want the osu! skin version of this, here's the link[osu.ppy.sh], although there's no mania version of it. All sources can be looked into the forum

This skin is dedicated to Shirakami Fubuki, a Hololive VTuber. All gameplay consists of bars. Circle gameplay will come soon.
