Turret range error, passes the protective glass.

DAY-3
Subject can get stuck between the jumping pillars.

DAY-7
Panel room has vaporization issues.

DAY-12
The cube can get stuck in the artificial dropper.

DAY-14
Subject can get stuck between the timed doors.

DAY-18
The cube can be used multiple ways not intended.

DAY-20
The chamber is leaking and filling up slowly.

DAY-22
The light bridge is unstable due to lack of power

DAY-26
The test chamber can not be finished.
