Description
Made with long term multiplayer in mind, this mod enhances and diversifies specific zombie loot tables according to zone definitions and zombie type/profession. In the event of a zombie apocalypse, there would be more than just police zombies in town. This mod brings out more police, riot control, national guard, private militia, and bandits/looters throughout the map while keeping close to vanilla-like spawn rates. Also, the Park Ranger zombies now have a chance to carry firearms just like police zombies. DNR officers are often armed in real life.

This mod is especially useful to players that use firearms and want to find more weapons/guns/ammo without making the gameplay "easier". This mod does not increase the likelihood of finding rare weapons (like assault rifles and katanas) and it does not add more ammo or ammo boxes to zombie loot tables but does provide "more ammo" to players willing to scavenge it from the magazines of fallen weapons. This mod does not effect vehicle spawning or vehicle loot. This mod only effects vanilla weapons. The settings of this mod have been set to stay as close to the spirit of vanilla as possible.

- National Guard troops added to default zone distribution

Any chance of mod settings for sandbox? I can understand if you're busy or something of the like, or are waiting for b42 to update. Any updates on the state of the mod or what you're doing with it would be appreciated. I have used the mod before and as some others have said there is an abundance of the zombies and loot added by the mod. I might just go through the file settings and tweak some stuff. You said something about adding settings in the next update for the mod back in august so I'm just curious of the state of the mod.

Any way you can add Mod Settings on sandbox so we can lower values of certain zombies?
I really like the idea of the mod but i don't want an overwhelming ammount of Military and Bandits/Looters.

Big thank you in advance

Thanks! maybe double check exactly what zombies often spawn with backpacks and avoid those as well? Like it might just be a certain variant of police/military zombie, or maybe you can adjust the spawn rate of the backpacks on those zombies to rebalance things?

@Black_moons - Thanks for bringing that up! It hasn't had the settings tweaked in a while. I think I will add options in the next update so people can customize the spawn rates.

@Axxux - Yes you can. You can add or remove it mid game with no problems.

It only effects spawning so it may take a moment for you to notice it take effect. If you visit any new areas with it, they will be effected right away because first visits trigger fresh spawns.

can i add this mid save

I love the idea of this mod, but after doing a run with and without this mod, the difference is stark. This mod adds so many police/military zombies with bags of loot or boxes of ammo I end up with overflowing lockers of guns and ammo with this mod. Every time I mow down a hoard I find far more ammo then I used in the bags of loot/on police zombies/etc.

welp, somehow bugs with an Guns of 93 (B42 test build)
Something with guns spawns on zombies, would be lovely to make that as option i guess
