Improved dashboards for the Western Star 49x and 57x and the new and older Freightliner Cascadia.

NOTE: this dashboard will not display the speed limit if you use the Google Map mod. It only works with the default map.

Also, a few people reports that disabling the GPS will make the speed limiter not working anymore. That's normal. There are no functions from SCS to display the speed limit in the dashboard. So, what you see is actually a little portion of the actual GPS screen. If you disable the GPS in any way, of course, the speed limiter will not work anymore.
