For everyone who seeming gets crashes while using ANY mods: in Settings, select Mulitplayer tab and set "custom server content" to "none". Then either sub to the mod with "sv_consistency 0" or do it manually on your console before joining or creating any lobbies. However, to be able to play with them, your friends all must also do the same thing.
