PLEASE READ!

I have always preferred finding maps that inspire me, deleting everything that is pre-built, and starting from scratch based on how the terrain speaks to me. That being said, I can never find “blank” maps in the workshop and go through a whole deletion process just to get started. So I’ve decided to create maps that are 100% blank for others who like to play as I do.

This map was created and meticulously detailed by hand from Google Earth. All of the creeks and tributaries have been accounted for. As you can see from the Street Overlay, this is the most accurate 1:1 map of Toronto you will find in the workshop.

There are no roads, highways, tracks or even trees. This is 100% a fresh blank slate.

YOU WILL HAVE TO USE THE 81 TILES MOD IN ORDER TO PLAY THIS MAP AS THERE IS NO STARTING SQUARE NOR ACCESS TO ONE. There are two small highways in the lower left corner just so that the map could be published.

Some mods you will want to be able to fully customize your map:
- More Network Stuff (make ship and plane paths in game). This mod also needs Prefab Hook to work.

- Ship Path Anarchy (disables water depth checking when creating ship paths)

- Tree Anarchy (does everything you'll want with trees). This mod also requires Harmony and Move It to work.

- Unlimited Outside Connections (lets you make as many highway and rail connections to the outside as you like). This mod requires Harmony to work.

- No Border Limit Camera (easier to see all 81 of your tiles)

- Extra Landscaping Tools (lets you place resources in game)

The elevation is so crazily off in this, a 3 metre hill in real life is almost a mountain on this map, and for some reason there's a huge drop off from the lakeshore to the water, is my game glitched or is the map like this?

Hey there, great map! Just wondering how exactly you got the road map overlay to line up as whenever I try it (with the files you linked before) it's always off by a little. Thanks!

Would love a clean Vancouver map centered on 49.2494, -123.1391. Hopefully it can bind these corners (clockwise from NW corner):
- NW: 49.3268, -123.2649
- NE: 49.3250, -123.0198
- SE: 49.1640, -123.0222
- SW: 49.1628, -123.2649 (approx)

Ahhh thank you!! Can't wait to recreate the city and see how "good" it is to Cities Skylines standards lol (404's probably gonna be terrible still lol)

Kaipherion, I plan on doing a bunch of these. Could you drop some GPS coordinates or something so I can see what you are wanting the center of the ottawa basin to be?

I would like to request an Ottawa basin map (you choose, but my preference would be to have th ewater in the middle of the map), and perhaps a map for Regina as well?
TBH I'd love to see a series of maps from all sorts of different places. I've tried to make them myself, but meh. It never works out as playable lol.
