Clean Galaxy Map

Description
A simple and clean Galaxy Map view.

Hides the galaxy center glow, dust textures, and country names. Gives the countries a fairly flat background and replaces the nebulas with a simple circle.

Border change only for easier mixing and matching:

My personal setup (shown above) uses the following mods:
Quadrant Fixed
Softer Hyperlanes
Flat Nameplates
Light Borders
Whiter Stars

Copy that, I've replicated the issue and a solution. Thanks @Zephreo for taking the time to post a solution in the borders only version. Update incoming.

This mod does not work on the new update, same happens with the thin borders mod from Agami. Is it because of the game or this mod has to be updated ?

It does not work for me anyone knows a more up-to-date mod that will get rid of the glow and the center of the galaxy

bright areas still appear (flares) as white flat bubbles
