Swedish Flag 1562

Description
The Flag of Sweden, as legally described on the 19th of April, 1562. The main difference is it's not rectangular - it has two tails! It became triple-tailed in 1663, but I haven't made that one. (Willing to do it on request, but I personally have no need for it.)

I messed up the update process a bit, but it should finally be a darker shade of blue. Not exact, since things get over-saturated in Cities: Skylines, but closer.

@Saibotic: So I saw that, but I didn't see anything about what the color was in 1562 - I'm not entirely sure the specific color was specified until later? I figured I'd leave it as-is for my purposes (a 1650s Swedish colony), but I'll add a disclaimer that this one may be incorrect.

Hm. The colors are from the flag created after the resolution of the United Kingdoms of Sweden and Norway 1905. Blue colors was darker before 1906.
