All projectiles act like flak except there is no damage reductions and weapons only cost 10 times more to fire and take 5 times longer to reload

works with mods, using this will the original will enable FLAK HELL (a discontinued setting that made shrapnel projectiles burst into even more shrapnel)... even funnier! well... it's no longer discontinued anyway
