An utterly useless toy. Seems like someone hand-painted this, and gave it a personal touch. The tassel at the end is frayed, the edges are worn, and it's certainly seen better days. The name "Seija" is scribbled on the bottom of it, and you can just make out a childish doodle of a person with a bowl on their head, scrawled all over as if to cover it up.

It doesn't seem like it was entirely loved and cared for, though. The sides look dented, like it was used to smack people in the head a lot. That's probably the most use you'll be getting out of it.
